DREAM HOUSE is an apartment in Tan Binh, 4.7 km from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, with air-conditioned rooms and a terrace. It suits travellers who want to cook for themselves, since three of its four room types have a kitchen with a stovetop, a refrigerator and kitchenware. The Double Room is the one without a kitchen.

The four rooms each sleep up to two guests in one large bed (King size). The Standard Double Room is the most compact at 22 m², the Double Room measures 25 m², and the Queen Room with Balcony and the Standard King Room share the largest floor area, 30 m². Each room has a private bathroom with a shower and slippers, a desk, soundproofing and a washing machine.

The setting is practical, with cafés and seafood restaurants close by and parks and markets nearby, such as Le Thi Rieng Park, a short walk away. For stays of several days, the kitchens and the in-room washing machines save time, and the air conditioning keeps the rooms cool.

DREAM HOUSE offers four apartment-style rooms, each set up for two guests with one large bed (King size). They range from 22 m² to 30 m², and every room has a private bathroom with a shower and slippers, air conditioning and soundproofing. A washing machine is in each room as well.

The rooms differ mainly in their kitchens. Three of them have a kitchen with a stovetop, a refrigerator and kitchenware, which suits guests who want to cook; the Double Room has no kitchen but has a desk and a socket beside the bed. The two 30 m² rooms are the largest, and the Queen Room with Balcony is the one with a balcony. The Standard Double Room is the most compact, at 22 m².

The in-room facilities are built around self-catering. Kitchenware and a refrigerator come in three of the four rooms, and those rooms also have a seating area and a wardrobe. Every room has a washing machine, a desk and soundproofing. The private bathroom has a shower, towels, slippers and toilet paper.

Outside the rooms, the property has a terrace and family rooms, and internet services are part of the offering. Guests can use free private parking on site, and no reservation is needed for it. The free WiFi runs at 60 Mbps, which is suitable for streaming 4K content and making video calls on several devices.

Air conditioning and soundproofing are part of every room, so the choice between the four comes down mainly to size and whether you want a kitchen. The Double Room at 25 m² has no kitchen; the others do.

DREAM HOUSE stands on Hoàng Sa street in Tan Binh, where local houses sit alongside pagodas, churches and cafés within a few hundred metres. The two nearest places of worship are Nhà Thờ Thái Hòa, a church 150 m away, and Chùa Thái Hòa, a pagoda 300 m away. Within 50 m there are three cafés, including An Vat Bep Nha Ot and Mèo Nham Nhở, and three restaurants serving seafood, among them Hải Sản Tươi Sống Ốc Lâm.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport lies in Tan Binh and is 1.4 km from the property, while Saigon Railway Station is 2.3 km away; both are a short taxi ride, so arriving by plane or train is straightforward. The centre of Ho Chi Minh City is 4.7 km away, and the War Remnants Museum, one of the city's best-known sights, is 3.8 km from here.

Other sights nearby are the Chùa Báo Ân pagoda, 350 m away, and the Chợ Phạm Văn Hai market, 450 m away, with the Chợ Nghĩa Hòa market a little further on. Le Thi Rieng Park is a short walk, and the Đình Phú Nhuận temple, Hoang Van Thu Park and the Southeastern Armed Forces Museum are all within a couple of kilometres. The FITO Museum of traditional Vietnamese medicine is 2.2 km away, and the Southern Vietnam Women Museum 3.2 km. For a longer outing, Tao Dan Park is a large park in District 1.
